Oral presentations
• Please check the latest version of the program to verify the time of your presentation. (not yet published)
• Plenary Lectures (in the Law Building) presentations will be 45 minutes in length
• All other presentations (in the Sciences Building) will be 20 minutes in length: 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for follow-up questions and discussion.
• Please prepare your presentation electronically using Microsoft PowerPoint or Acrobat.
• A projector and a computer running Windows XP will be provided.
• Please do not send your presentation before the conference. Instead, bring a copy of your presentation to the conference on a CD or memory stick, named speakername.ppt. The presentations will be loaded on to a computer at registration.
• Please do not plan to use your own laptop for running your presentation. This is to avoid problems with computer - projector compatibility and to ensure efficient conference progress.
• An overhead projector will also be provided. Authors are advised to bring their presentations on overhead slides as a backup.
Poster presentations
• Posters will be distributed throughout the general conference area.
• Poster boards (Vertical 100x200cm) will be available for mounting the posters. Only one poster will be assigned per board side. Authors may use the complete surface if they wish.
• Posters may be affixed to the boards by adhesive tape provided by the conference organizers. Each board will be marked with an ID number. Please check the program for the ID number of your poster.
• Authors are requested to make single-page handouts of their poster available near their posters to distribute to interested attendees, as NO compact disk will be compiled containing electronic versions of the posters.
