Oral and poster sessions
All oral and poster session will be hed in the campus of the university of Pau. Most of the oral sessions will held in Amphi A, B, C and D of the Sciences Building. Plenary lectures will take place in Amphi 400 of the Law Building. The poster sessions will held in the main Hall of the Sciences Building.
Ice breaking reception / gala dinner
Ice breaking reception on sunday as well as the gala dinner will take place in the Palais Beaumont - Congress Centre downtown centre. Situated in a 12 acre park and on a terrace facing the Pyrenees mountains, the Palais Beaumont offers an oasis in the heart of the city of Pau.

Bus
The campus is reachable by bus n°2 , 4 or 6 from the Main Bus Station – City Centre "Pôle Bosquet" where ALL the buses are passing by:

Taxis:
A taxi costs around €30.00 from the airport to the centre or to the university. Approximate travel time: 15 minutes. From centre to university it cost €10.00. Pau Taxis (Tel. no.: 00 33 (0)5 59 02 22 22) provide a 24/7 service for all the local trips
Car / Parking
The campus is easy reachable by car in less than 10 minutes from center and parking is free everywhere in the public area inside the campus.
